Why is education worth the effort?

In this world if you don´t swim you will be swep out. It requires a lot of effort to stay where you are so it is necessary an even greater effort to advance.
Education does not provide the necessary knowledge in 95% of the times but it provides the tools to get this knowledge.

As a TV commercial in Spain said "Si no te mueves, caducas." (If you don´t move yourself, you will become obsolete).
